What about a wonderful basilica for your Roman Catholic wedding?
This is what Marissa and Michael chose for their wonderful day in Rome.
A Roman Catholic Ceremony in a Basilica in Rome
Marissa is smart lawyer coming from New York.
She loves Italian art and this is the reason of her choice for her wedding: Rome!
It couldn’t be different! If you love art, architecture and history Rome is the right destination for you.
Marissa chose Basilica of Santa Maria del Popolo for her Roman Catholic ceremony. As the matter of fact the church is a real museum. It is an Agustinian church and stands on the the Norths side of famous Piazza del Popolo, one of the most famous square in the eternal city, between Via del Corso and Pincio Hill. Inside the church you can admire Raffaello, Bernini, Caravaggio and Bramante masterpieces.
There is no need to add much to such a wonderful beauty!
Marissa got ready in one of the wonderful hotels by Piazza del Popolo and reached the church on a White and Gold Silver Cloud Rolls Royce.
All guests were waiting for her inside the amazing church.
Marissa wanted rich white and off white decorations made of hydrangeas, baby’s breath and Lysianthus.
Smooth and romantic wedding flowers for an enchanting bride.
Her bridal bouquet matched the style adding some tones of pale pink and Swarowsky elements to same white flowers. What a vision in her romantic amazing wedding dress!

Villa Borghese is one of the biggest park in Rome. It is a big compound of Italian style gardens, fountains, wonderful mansions and little lakes. It has been built between 1600 and 1700 by church noble families and become part of Italian state in early 1900.
Marissa and Michael soon reached their guests to join them for the rich aperitif accompained by romantic music. Floral decorations on the buffet were rich and charming made of flowers in all shades of pale colours: peach, ivory, white, pink, coral, light blue in Swarowsky covered vases.
A wonderful Great Gatsby atmosphere!
