Today I would love to tell about the Monica and Michael’s romantic wedding in the heart of Vatican city. They are a beautiful couple who decided to tie the knot in stunning church of Sant’ Anna. They just realised the dream of all couples as the church is located inside the Vatican city – Rome. What a stunning ceremony venue for a wedding in Italy!
The ceremony in stunning church of Sant’ Anna
Michael and Monica chose the wonderful church of Sant’anna because their dream was an intimate wedding right inside Vatican City: this church was absolutely perfect.
Monica arrived at the church inside a fun yellow Fiat 500 car, a symbol of Italian style which is surely loved all over the world.
She wore a beautiful laces wedding dress that perfectly matched her bridal bouquet of white and cream roses. She was absolutely beautiful.
The bride walked down the aisle of the church and the ceremony began. It was really romantic, the priest called John Kennedy (!) made a great job creating a ceremony meaningful and touchy.
Photo tour in the heart of Vatican city
At the end of the mass, bride and groom got their wedding pictures tour. We started with amazing Saint Peter’s square, then some pictures under the famous colonnade, we moved then to Castel Sant’Angelo and Ponte Sant’Angelo from which you can admire one of the most beautiful views of the city.
We ended the wedding photo tour with some pictures along Tiber river with some great shots. Bride and groom were ready to reach their reception venue: Terrace of Oranges inside the Waldorf Hilton Cavalieri.
Wedding reception at Terrace of Oranges – Waldorf Hilton Cavalieri
The Terrace of Oranges is located inside one of the most beautiful hotels in Rome. From there you can enjoy one of the best skyline of the eternal city.
They had delicious appetisers outdoor on the terrace, facing the view. For their seated wedding reception dinner they chose the covered terrace, rounded by glass windows that allowed us to keep on enjoying the landscape even from inside the reception venue.
The top table was decorated with white flowers and candles, elegant and chic.
We planned the cutting the cake and the sweets buffet back on the outdoor terrace where we enjoyed Roman landscape illuminated by romantic lights.
Congratulation to Monica and Michael, it’s been a great pleasure for me to plan and coordinate your beautiful wedding in the heart of Vatican city. We wish to thank Inesse Studio for the beautiful shots.
